Spare parts

After a new package has been shipped and installed at the place of destination, the supply of spare parts starts. In order to keep the package in good condition the package must be maintained, which means that spare parts must be ordered so that regular maintenance can be done. Each package is provided with an instruction manual which includes a clear maintenance schedule.

This schedule shows what to maintain

• 2000 hours running (3 monthly); • 2000 hours running (annually); • 4000 hours running (annually); • 8000 hours (two years); •

16000 hours running (two years).

 

Of course you will have to make sure that the regular spare parts are in stock, otherwise it will be impossible to do regular maintenance. Regular spare parts are suction and discharge valves for each stage but also piston and rider rings, valve joints, a set of gaskets for the compressor and in case of a dryer the filter elements and a dryer valve service kit.
