The Monoflange manifolds can be mounted directly onto vertical or horizontal flanged connections, allowing a gauge to be kept in an upright position. Suitable for both primary isolation (double block and bleed) and instrument (block and bleed) duties, Monoflange provides isolation, venting and instrument mounting in a single compact unit. The designs incorporate safety features that limit vibration and reduce the overall height of a gauge installation.

  • One-piece ultra-slimline forged body combines a compact design with strength and reduced potential leak paths compared to conventional designs.
  • Outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) needle type globe valve with investment cast yoke and bolted bonnet provide high mechanical strength and long cycle life on primary isolation service.
  • Flanged connections available on inlet or inlet and outlet in a choice of sizes and ratings to suit each particular application.
  • Heavy duty needle type globe valve is designed and tested to fire-safe standards, ensuring bubble-tight shut-off on isolation and vent service.
  • Gauge adaptors allow flexible positioning of gauges and instruments with a choice of designs available. Materials: CS, SS, Monel®, Duplex and other exotic materials.
