Freedom PIDTransmitter

At the heart of the Freedom PID transmitter is an internal PIDsensor capable of detecting hundreds of organic compounds. Simplychoose the particular gas or gases from the preprogrammed libraryand the instrument is tuned to measure for that VOC. This broadrange PID sensor is also ideal for determining unknown or potentialVOC’s regardless of the environment. The Freedom PID transmitteraffords an alternate detection solution for applications wheretraditional technologies have been limited. The intrinsic PIDsensor does not loose its zero stability when over-ranged like atraditional catalytic bead or electrochemical sensor. And, this PIDsensor offers much lower level ranges of detection where toxicityis an important criteria in day to day operations. Many of thecombustible materials found in industrial environments are in theLEL range and are highly toxic at levels far below the range oftraditional detection instruments. The Freedom PID transmitteroffers a solution for these applications as well. The Freedom PIDis a critical component of a complete gas detection solution formost any application.

The Model 4688-IR is a rugged, reliable solution for combustiblegas or carbon dioxide gas detection. Designed with extensive userinput, the instrument is extremely flexible, easy to use, and easyto maintain.

4600 GasPlus® UniversalTransmitter

The Series 4600 GasPLUS® is a toxic gas and oxygen transmitterdesigned for single and multi-point monitoring applications whereruggedness, flexibility, and ease of maintenance are critical.

The basic Series 4600 transmitter is a two-wire device providinga 4-20 mA output. For additional output flexibility, Series 4600 MBtransmitters offer RS-485/232 MODBUS® RTU output and relay contactsin a multi-wire configuration.

SafEye's unique,patented “Flash Type” light source provides foran alignment tolerance of ±1° in all directions and is protectedagainst false gas reading and alarms due to partial beamblockage.

Positive Flow Detector Panels provide gas monitoring from remotelocations via a flow system allowing for monitoring in areas whereconventional diffusion detectors cannot or should not be utilizeddue to environmental and/or process conditions such astemperature,particulate matter, etc. Although typically used forcombustible gas monitoring, the Positive Flow Panel can also beused for monitoring other toxic materials and oxygen.

Pyrolyzer GasDetection System

Gases such as Methylene Chloride and Nitrogen Trifluoride cannotbe detected by ordinary electrochemical gas sensors. By breakingthese gases into simpler compounds, the Pyrolyzer Gas DetectionSystem enables users to monitor low levels of the toxic gases.

The Pyrolyzer Gas Detection System uses a powerful internal pumpto continuously draw gas from the source. The gas passes through asuper-heated cylinder where it is broken down into by-productcompounds.
